The Method and The Engine are digital, self-paced educational products. Purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access and use the course content for your own education and business use.
If you purchase The Engine, you may reuse and modify the included site template for your own business or client work. You may not resell the template itself as a standalone product, claim you created the original design, or redistribute it in bulk (e.g. bundling it into your own "template pack" product).
Both tiers are one-time payments — not subscriptions. Prices are as displayed at checkout at the time of purchase; we may change pricing for future customers at any time without affecting existing purchases.
We offer an action-based guarantee: if you complete every module, publish your own offer, and post consistently for at least 14 straight days, and genuinely make zero sales, we will refund your purchase in full. To request a refund under this guarantee, email support@themethodsystem.com with evidence of the completed work (e.g. links to your posts, your published offer). Refund requests outside these conditions are evaluated case by case and are not guaranteed.
Chargebacks. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer, instead of contacting us directly, immediately voids your eligibility for a refund under this guarantee. If a chargeback is filed, we reserve the right to contest it with the payment processor and to revoke your access to all purchased materials.
We do not guarantee any specific income, sales result, or timeline. Results depend on factors outside our control, including your effort, market conditions, and platform algorithm behavior. Testimonials or examples referenced anywhere on this site reflect individual results and are not typical or guaranteed outcomes for every buyer.
All course content (video, text, worksheets) is owned by The Method System and licensed to you for personal use upon purchase. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly republish the course content itself.
The Method System is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this course or template, including lost profits or business interruption.
