This policy explains what information The Method System ("we," "us") collects when you visit this site or purchase a product, and how it's used.

Information we collect

Payment information: when you purchase, payment is processed entirely by Stripe. We receive your name, email, and purchase details from Stripe — we never see or store your full card number.
Email address: collected at checkout, used to send your receipt and deliver your purchase.
Instagram/DM information: if you interact with our automated DM system (via ManyChat), we may receive your Instagram username and message content to deliver the requested information.
Basic site analytics: our hosting provider (Netlify) may log standard technical data like IP address and browser type for security and performance purposes.

How we use this information

To deliver the product you purchased and provide customer support.
To send transactional communications (receipts, delivery links, occasional updates about your purchase).
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Data retention
